Sign-Up Information

Tour Conditions:
The PRICE INCLUDES non-refundable airfare from Chicago; domestic flights, boat and air-conditioned bus transportation in Turkey; a minimum of two meals per day, 12 nights in 4 or 5-star quality hotels, group airport transfers, guides, tips, tolls, entrance fees and taxes.


THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE travel insurance, passports, the $20 each USA participant will need to purchase Turkey visa, extra beverages, laundry, and any other personal services.

DEPOSITS: Your signed and dated registration form, along with your $500 deposit (only $250 of the deposit is refundable) is due by Friday, June 15st. Late registrations will be received until Friday, July 13th, but an additional fee of $50 will apply.

FINAL PAYMENTS must be paid by check or money order to First Presbyterian Church,Ellensburg WA by Wednesday, July 17th. Late final payments will be received after that date until August 5th but an additional fee of $100 will apply. If final payment is not received by August 5th, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS: ALL CANCELLATIONS must be submitted in writing to Ben King either by e-mail:
kingsinturkey@yahoo.com or by Phone: (206) 965-9499. No later than July 15th or Rev Allan Sandalow (509) 925-3149 After this date, only the amount of payment not required by the Tour Agency to cover Tour reservation costs will be refunded unless someone is found to fill the cancelled reservation and seat.

OTHER CONDITIONS: The daily itinerary may be changed to to unforseen circumstances or sea conditions. Requests for deviation from the tour schedule, namely a delayed date of return from Turkey to the United States may be accommodated subject to the agreement of the tour agency and the airline carrier. These changes must be submitted to Ben King no later than July 5th, and these changes would be subject to airline availability. The “TURKEY TOUR” recommends tht each participant purchase travel insurance to cover any personal injuries, damages, or loss due to any reason whatsoever. The ‘TURKEY TOUR” under the leadership of the co-hosts acts only as a broker agent for tour participants and cannot be held responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that occur outside of their direct control. Note: In order to keep the price of the international travel as low as possible, and because Tour Participants will be located in many different USA cities,
EACH TOUR PARTICIPANT is responsible for arranging his/her flight plans (and costs) from their originating city to meet the departing British Airlines flight in Chicago on September 27, 2007.
